ABOUT MARTIN V. KUGIA
Martin V. Kugia received his law degree from Kent Law School in 1995. For more than 25 years, he has fought for his clients’ rights in workers’ compensation, bankruptcy, real estate and other miscellaneous litigation earning a reputation for being a zealous advocate for his clients. He has authored legal articles for attorney education seminars and educated unions and their members on their workplace rights. He is a member of the Kane County Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association of Illinois, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
